- ARG 500 plus S.A.F. - is a universal semi-automatic band saw designed for cutting large structural steel workpieces up to 500 mm in cross-section. The PLUS S.A.F. package includes an improved rotary table - the saw frame can be rotated from -45 to +60 degrees in both directions;
- The complete cutting cycle (clamping the material, turning on the saw rotation and coolant supply, cutting, turning off the saw and coolant, raising the frame to the home position and unclamping the vise) is performed by pressing a single button;
- When switching to manual mode, all functions can be controlled individually;
- The machine is equipped with a variable speed drive, with which it is possible to smoothly change the band speed in the range from 20 to 90 m/min (optimal when sawing non-ferrous materials and various alloys);
- The machine is equipped with belt tension control and emergency shutdown in case of belt breakage.
